I Bow To The Terror ***
I bow to the terror within me; for it is part of All That Is. From the darkened shadows I call it forth. With open arms I stand before it and with sacred breath I draw it to me.
The terror softens, for at long last it is seen for what it is; the child who in my ignorance and fear, was long ago banished from the kingdom of my consciousness.
I bow to the terror and welcome it home.
It accepts my bow.
And with utter graciousness, it offers me the gift of wholeness.
