Accept Accept, Allow, Allow

Accept, Accept, Allow, Allow. This is the core of my spiritual practice . And it is definitely a practice,  something to be cultivated and engaged in.

Some mornings I get very little sleep and wake up in a different reality. Then I just breathe and open to whatever is happening. Not resisting; no matter how strange it may seem. But not magnifying anything either. And hopefully not worrying about anything. It is not about losing one’s mind, but observing the grip of one’s mind being released.

The more I allow, the more my coughing recedes.   My so-called COPD  is merely the physical manifestation of holding on. At the moment it is just a vague thing in the background; barely discernible. I am turning into a Buddhist by default. Still, you may think you have your spiritual path down cold; but this is not necessarily for the faint of heart.  I think we deserve a lot of credit just for every day we live on this planet!

It is like being a human sieve; but in the no-thingness, qualities of Divine Self remain. Without these, you would be running down the street, naked, babbling to yourself. (Now that would be a sight to behold). Is this the junction between emptiness and soul?  The soul is no-thing, but it has a unique quality. It is energy.

Whatever, I gladly leave these distinctions to those much brighter than I. Time to do laundry.
